Role & Responsibilities

Participate in the definition phase of the project including:

  • Supporting business in discovery

  • Review discovery documentation provided by country

  • Review Fit/Gap analysis.

Participate in the design phase of the project including:

  • Review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

  • Review of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)

  • Creation of Operations schedule and flow for country

  • Support report design

  • Validate mapping logic

  • Creation of configuration documents

  • Creation of country process flows

Participate in the configuration and development phase of the project including:

  • All country specific configurations

  • Assist technology with conversion efforts

  • Reform reconciliations of converted data

Participate in the UAT phase of the project including:

  • Assist in the creation of the UAT test plan

  • Creation and execution of FRSS test scripts

  • Support business with UAT testing

  • Creation of all country specific documentation and procedures

Participate in the Go Live phase of the project including:

  • Assistance with user training

  • Confirm production configurations

  • Assist with and confirm conversion

  • Assist in the completion of go live checklist

Qualifications

Experience

  • Complete understanding of financial system functions.

  • At least 3 years financial system experience, with at least 1 finance implementation project to completion.

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.

Knowledge, Skills, Expertise

  • Knowledge of principles, practices and theories of Financial Processes.

  • Knowledge of risk and controls within maintenance processes.

  • Knowledge of project methodologies.

  • Pro-active in developing and implementing processes that significantly mitigate risk.

  • Knowledge of external trends and best practices.
