Job Title: Sr Generalist, Human Resources

We’re seeking a Sr Generalist,Human Resources, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will help drive to successful human resources strategies that will transform the Western Union customer and employee experience globally across all products and channels.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Knowledge in human resource and management skills; management of teams of over 100 employees

Human resources

Related business experience and/or ability to understand and act upon the executive specific business issues

Leadership development knowledge and experience (highlydesirable)

Capacity to coach middle management (highlydesirable)

Communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

Must be a doer with superior follow though and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Latin America and familiarity with US culture and Costa Rican Labor Law ( highly desirable ).

Any third language will be a Plus

What you will need to succeed:

· Bachelors in Business Administration, or Human Resources

· 3-5 years’ experience, or equivalent.

· B2 or C1

· level English as a minimum
