We’re seeking a Project Coordinator , based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office . In this role, you will be interacting with team members around the globe, including US, Lithuania and India. This person is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of specific projects, reviewing and fully understanding all project and business requirements, coordinating with staff as well as across functions to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-spec delivery to accomplish tasks.

Coordinate project activities, resources, tools and information
Follow up on project actions items and set timeframes
Liaise partners to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Review tasks with internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Analyze risks and opportunities
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Along with the Project Manager, act as the point of contact for the project
Communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor plans and progress
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field
1-2 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator or an equivalent combination of education/experience
Superb communication skills. English level B2+ (78%)
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts , schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and get the right things done at the right times
Aptitude to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with your team and with other groups. Being able to understand detailed technical problems and translate them into communicable messages
Must be extremely reliable and have a strong sense of ownership
Proven experience working with global teams
Strong client-facing skills
Feels comfortable navigating around ambiguous situations

Working experience in Web/Mobile development projects
Understanding of market and industry
Working knowledge of project tracking tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner
Excellent documentation and analytical skills
