What You'll Do
As a Collaboration Product Sales Specialist (PSS) you will take a leadership role as the sales specialist driving Collaboration sales for multiple verticals and market segments throughout the CANSAC region (Central America).
Your job will entail being the the go-to sales lead on Collaboration in an architectural sales approach with the Account teams of the selected accounts where Collaboration opportunities are presented. You will understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Cisco's end-to-end Collaboration Architecture.
You will develop and cultivate strong relationships with key Collaboration decision makers in the market and partner contacts, including ecosystem partners.
As a Product Sales Specialist you will also be responsible for forecast accuracy related to Collaboration opportunities within the assigned territory. You will define, together, with the account team, the bidding structure and the intelligence needed around our solutions to provide a winning proposal.
Mentoring AMs and RMs to make them more effective in selling Collaboration solutions will also be part of your job.
Who You'll Work With
You will work very closely with multiple external and internal stakeholders as well as with the other groups in Sales and Services organizations.
Who You Are
You are fluent in Spanish/English.
Throughout your career, you have demonstrable successful sales experience with 5+ years of proven track record, in Collaboration related solutions, preferably combining sales experience in Ecuador and Central America Markets. You have demonstrated success with managing strategic accounts - including sales strategy, opportunity discovery, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management essential.
You excel at team selling approaches and are comfortable applying business acumen and financial expertise to identify and qualify selling opportunities.
You have experience being self-sufficient during the entire sales cycle of a Collaboration solution, including both technical and commercial aspects of our offering. You also thrive in negotiating with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
