Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekend shifts
Evaluate on-the-job performance, during market visits
Able to handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, customers, merchandising and personnel matters
Over 10 years of experience in sales management or supervision in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) in multinational companies as preferred.
Microsoft Office Advanced Proficiency (is required to use advanced techniques for analyzing and manipulating data in Excel).
Strong analytical skills .
Ability to review and challenge market data to ensure company KPI achievement.
Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once.
High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility. High customer and service delivery focus
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales or Industrial Engineering
Professional knowledge on Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet y Outlook)
Numerical skills, Verbal communication skills & Team working skills.
English intermediate level.
