IBM SAP Basis Administrator in HEREDIA, Costa Rica
The SAP BASIS Administrator is responsible for successful implementation and support of Netweaver systems supporting a variety of SAP functional environments in the IBM Cloud solutions inlcluding CMS, AMM, HEC.
Responsibilities will include working directly with clients, and other IBM staff, supporting client’s production, quality, development, and test environments including R/3, Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Warehouse (BW), Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Portal (EP), Exchange Infrastructure/Process Integration (XI/PI/PO), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), HANA Systems.
The applicant should have experience troubleshooting system performance problems, and delivering new installations. Must be able to provide system environments with uninterrupted stability. Exposure to SAP BASIS in a variety of Operating Systems (OS) and Database environments. Detail oriented and focused on the overall client experience.
Implement SAP systems
SAP Installations, Upgrades and Maintenance
Knowledge on the products ECC, BW, BI, EP, XI/PI, CRM, SRM, etc.
SAP HANA experience
Knowledge in SAP Solution Manager 7.1
Administering both ABAP and JAVA stack systems with Netweaver Architecture
SAP Enhancement Packages (EhP) installation
Extensive experience in analyzing and solving day-to-day project implementation issues
Knowledge in configuring the SAP Application Link Enabled (ALE) technology
Single Sign on experience on Kerberos (installation and upgrade)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3 years of SAP Basis experience
At least 2 years experience in UNIX, Windows operating systems as a SAP server platform
At least 2 years experience in troubleshooting system performance problems or potential system installations
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Ability to support dual stack systems.
At least 5 years of SAP Basis/Netweaver experience
Certified in SAP Basis Administration
At least 2 years experience in Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, Sybase databases
