Casemanagement – 15%

  • Actas a single point of contact for the client regarding a request

  • Reviewdaily all service requests assigned to them and update the necessaryinformation

  • Informthe clients on a regular basis about the progress made on their requests;

  • Clarifieswith the client the request assigned to them and take the appropriate actionsto move the case towards resolution

  • Verifiesthe information provided by the clients using the systems available to them(Employee Central, Taleo)

Positionmanagement – 50 %

  • Collectthe necessary information to create new positions working with the clients andwhere needed with other HR professionals

  • Completethe Foundational object forms required for creation of position IDs

  • Updatewhere required the attributes of the positions

  • Setup of new positions

  • Savefinal PDS in repository

  • Consultthe managers across the region and support them in building of a new PDS, underthe guidance where needed of the PDS specialist

  • Employgeneral knowledge of the Global Job Catalogue (GJC), the GJC codes, costcenters and legal entities structure to complete the service requests

  • Understandand apply Cargill’s promotion practices and policies across the region and resolvingvarious customer requests

Relationshipmanagement – 10%

  • Workdirectly with managers to review and provide consultation on PDSs. Gain trust through effective communicationand listening skills.

  • Collaboratewith various HR partners – Recruitment, Employee Experience, Compensation toverify different processes, information or fulfil a customer’s request

Compliance– 10%

  • Ensure appropriate governance is followed whencreating a new position, updating an existing one or advising managers onpromotions and other type of requests

  • Ensure managers understand subsequent steps in theprocess (mapping to the GJC/band) prior to posting.

Research,analyses, tools and systems – 10%

  • Havesolid knowledge of Employee Central, Remedy Force, Taleo and other HR systemsemployed in the everyday work

  • Keepall Remedy Force service requests up to date

  • Createnew job postings in Taleo upon manager’s request

  • Create/modifypositions in MyHR Info (EC); includes position changes after posting forregional positions

  • Participatein projects or initiatives to support related processes

5% Other

  • Performsother tasks as requested by the direct manager or a senior team member


Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (verbal andwritten)

  • 2-3 years of previous shared servicesexperience as a minimum

  • Effective communication skills andcustomer focus

  • Demonstrated willingness and abilityto partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships

  • Able to perform successfully inambiguous environment work under pressure and with changing priorities

  • Attention to details

P r efer r ed Qualifications

  • HRexperience is an advantage, but not a must

  • OtherEuropean languages

  • Workingknowledge of Cargill’s Global Job Catalog

  • Experienceconsulting with some stakeholder groups (i.e. Business HR, Managers/Employees)
