Position Purpose:

This position will be accountable for the governance around master data management processes (e.g. for customer, vendor, address book) within Mexico, Central Amercia, Bolivia and Paraguay helping to ensure service levels are met while adhering to relevant data standards

Principal Accountabilities:

80% Master Data Analysis/Execution

  • Oversee request process

  • Monitoring of request queues

  • Data analysis of submitted requests by the business

  • Assist in defining and monitoring data standards

  • Validation that corporate policies are being followed

  • Creation of vendors, customers or vendors in ERP systems

  • Recommend continuous improvement opportunities

  • Create and update training documents, procedures and reports, as needed

  • Train and support new users

15% Business Partnering and Value Realization

  • Key contact to provide support to businesses by answering questions on requests that are in process

  • Researching issues that businesses may have with records to determine the best course of action.

  • Ability to take complex scenarios and issues and solution them

  • Metrics reporting, including monitoring of SLA

5% Miscellaneous duties as assigned



  • High School Diploma, University student

  • 1-2 years of Master data experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • English Level - B1 threshold intermediate

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


  • Experience with JDE/SAP

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement
