Control and management of the release of orders for high risk customers. Maintainance of customers AR status and credit limit exposure. Release and hold of orders following strict guidelines to avoid credit risk for the company.
60% Enforce and control schedule for releases and management of tasks associated with release delivery to the production environment.
40% Analyze the credit line status by reviewing the accounts receivables status in order to determine if any additional procedure or approval is required to release the order.
Provide customer service and develop relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers.
Constant communication with the collections team to maintain the portfolio as current as possible.
Maintain accurate order release and collection files up to date.
Participate in continues improvement projects and take an active role in cross-trainings to assist in driving quality improvements, processes and initiatives.
Bachelors/Studying accounting, business administration or finance related.
Understanding of accounting principles in the interpretation of customer accounts receivable.
Effective business writing and professional communication skills.
1-2 years’ experience in finance positions (Accounts receivable, credit, billing, cash applications).
Utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills.
Demonstrated Effective Customer Service Skills.
