Job responsibilities include:
Work closely with design team members, product management and engineering to identify user pain points and needs
Explore, evaluate and refine low fidelity designs with a focus on gathering further user insight:
Work with offering and services tribe to ensure that everything you do is realistic and implementable to address user pain points and deliver the things they need.
Develop software using various technologies in an Agile environment
Deliver highly reliable solutions with automation and cognitive services
Good communication and written skills
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, or comparable work experience
Working experience with IBM Spectrum Protect (Tivoli Storage Manager)
Experience in installation, configuration, and management of backup clients / agents
Administration skills of Wintel and / or Unix OS
General knowledge of networking
At least four years of experience in IT
Experience in Tape Library / Virtual Tape Library management
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Detailed planning and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Willingness to learn and share knowledge Required
Experience in scripting (e.g. bash, perl, powershell)
