Responsibilities

The Telesales BDM will be aligned to one or more Client BDMs to assist in generating leads for potential opportunities for SoftwareOne to sell our services and tools. They will be targeted on booking face to face meetings and driving attendance to our events, webinars and seminars.

Hunting for new opportunities to pass over to Business Development Managers to take forward to completion, TBDMs will work alongside CBDMs on vertical specific go to market sales campaigns.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:• Basic salesmanship and appreciation of common sales methodologies and questioning techniques• Excellent verbal and written communication• Able to adapt communications with clients based on what the clients’ verticals are• Overcoming objections• Understanding business issues• Articulating SoftwareOne’s value propositions• Selling to and through gatekeepers• Researching prospects• Gathering client intelligence• Planning, scheduling and effective time management• Good use of information worker software applications such as CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint• Appreciation of social selling platforms such as Linked In• A great attitude and positive approach to life

Experience:• 1 year minimum professional telesales experience
