Job Description:

Job Overview

The person hired for the position of R&A Scrum Master will be responsible for driving the velocity and quality of deliverables for the Supply-LEX business area. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting in making decisions, resolving impediments, escalating issues and the overall cohesiveness of the scrum team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Understands and advocates for the agile/scrum process

• Project management of reporting & analytics deliverables

• Coordinates the support and maintenance of existing reports

• Provides subject matter expertise on reporting tools and the data warehouse systems

• Provides knowledge and leadership for the implementation of reporting security

• Collaborates with development, compliance, security and OCM teams

• Build strong relationships and promote communication with product owners/business partners

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

• Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of agile methodology experience and scrum process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting and analytics projects

• Strong organization skills

• Knowledge of the Supply-LEX business area

• Experience with SQL and relational data models

• Strong project leadership and interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish

• Must be able to travel internationally if needed
