Main responsibilities:

  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to managers and directors, on strategic workforce planning, learning and development, organizational development, and more

  • Partner with business leaders to support and drive change through business transformational programs to meet future growth plans

  • Partner with business leaders to build and develop an efficiency and customer focused business culture

  • Design and deliver strategic organizational initiatives to address potential challenges

  • Cross-collaborate and partner with the HR team to create best-in-class practices and programs transferable across all groups

  • Partner with leaders to build and refine creative talent acquisition and management solutions including branding, retention, performance, succession planning, and communications

  • Drive the communication and operationalization of strategic initiatives for the employee population

  • Champion talent development programs to significantly improve staff skills and capabilities to meet future business growth plans

  • Coach and mentor individuals on communication, teamwork, business related skills and other Hologic Key attributes.

  • Train and guide internal users on talent management processes

  • Collect and analyze key people information and indicators to input the talent management decisions.

  • Coordinate, prepare and represent Hologic at the legal and labor processes in the Ministerio de Trabajo.

  • Design channels to monitor the organizational environment, and to collect employees concerns to implement the improvements required.

  • Manage the survey application and analyze its results by areas to guide and follow up the leader’s action plan for improvement.

  • Assess leaders in the disciplinary system and recommend the applicable sanction in each case. Write de sanctions related documentation.

  • Drive the company efforts to keep a turnover rate below the market rate.

  • Support the process of recruitment and selection of new employee to meet the company requirements of human talent in order to achieve the business goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related field. Advanced degree preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years HR related experience with generalist functions, or 4+ years in HR medical industry.
