The Know Your Customer (KYC) team is looking for an individual to create and deliver KYC/AML training content.This individual will develop training and orientation programs in compliance with policies and procedures, and will provide ongoing training on procedural changes and business priorities.

This position is designed to create a pro-active and responsive solution to business needs in regards to enhancing the customer experience and employee engagement and seizes the opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performing.

Responsibilities

•Assist in mapping out training plans, design and develop training programs that adhere to the spirit of policies, processes and procedures

•Build on-the-job training materials

•Learn systems/map shortcuts

•Lead training initiatives

•Lead trainings for process rollouts

•Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)

•Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information

•Conduct needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

•Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding instructional design

•Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts

•Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

•Amend and revise training materials as necessary, to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or experience with banking and financial institutions or equivalent

•Demonstrated understanding of KYC policies & procedures a plus

•Experience in creation and delivery of training material

•Strong one-on-one and group presentation, facilitation and communication skills

•Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation

•Problem solving and decision making skills to determine the best programs to train employees and meet the needs of the organization

•Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

•Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

•Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

•Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Support all Audit and MCA needs
