The Customer Due Diligence Services team in US Consumer and Commercial Banking is seeking a Senior Project Manager reporting to the Operational Risk Group Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing various risk initiatives in which the business has direct or indirect ownership. This candidate is responsible for managing the initiative / change efforts, engaging and working with key business partners and driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline. This position will have primary focus on support of Enhanced Due Diligence production initiatives and senior level strategic support, budget / financial management, leadership presentation development, capacity planning and management of key business routines. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process design & optimization

· Project planning, execution, and control for risk initiatives

· Managing portfolio of small to large scale risk projects

· Ensure key risks and issues are identified, mitigated, and resolved

· Design & maintenance of key performance production metrics

· Manage key customer / portfolio data that influences production volume

· Manages the group’s capacity / resource plan

· Development of senior leadership presentations, including Board committee preparation

· Manage / update group financials and prepare financial forecasts

· Perform detailed Business Analysis as needed

· Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups

· Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

· Adhere to Citigroup project management processes and procedures.

Other key responsibilities:

· Identify, build and manage key relationships across the organization

· Lead the facilitation, coordination and resolution of efforts for various risk projects for the USCCB AML/KYC Program

· Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established norms

· Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition to meet business objectives

· Drive adherence to project management processes, procedures, methods

· Direct the communication of status and issues to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis

· Direct the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary

· Assist Project Leads/Business Partners in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure execution

· Identification of risks which impact program and project deliverables

· Other business jobs or responsibilities as defined by the manager

Qualifications

Skills:

· Excellent presentation skills. Ability to present to senior levels of management (e.g. Director, MD) and to facilitate discussions at the senior stakeholder level

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and AML/Risk experience

· 5-7 years relevant project experience in Financial Services with track record of success

· Strong Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources (PMP Certification a plus)

· Proficient in the Microsoft tool suite including Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

· Knowledge of Consumer /Commercial banking business

· Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Customer/Enhanced Due Diligence (CAMS Certification a plus)

· Understanding of regulatory requirements
