Operations Business Unit Senior Analyst

The GS&T Business Office Regional Analyst (LATAM) is responsible for providing support related to key GS&T Business Office initiatives specific to the LATAM region. This role will report to the GS&T LATAM Senior Business Office Head and matrix report to the Central America and the Caribbean GS&T Cluster Head to include finance, talent, metrics/performance reporting and communications support, as well as support related to other key strategic initiatives.

Job Summary / Scope:

Finance:

•Provide financial support in the Region, liaising with the GS&T Business Office Finance Lead and GS&T LATAM Country Heads to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials; day to day working relationship with LATAM Regional Finance team.

•Ensure Productivity/Business Saves calculation methodologies are consistent with Global standards and maintain and validate backup documentation

•Provide reporting and analysis support on LATAM divestitures, functional transfer, and investments as required.

Talent:

•Provide regional support on all talent, development and people engagement initiatives

•In partnership with global business office, responsible for workforce reporting inclusive of workforce classifications, attrition, and requisitions.

Metrics:

•Partner with the GS&T Business Office Metrics Lead on initiatives related to Product Metrics for the 8 GS&T Products (Archiving, Mail & Distribution Services, Managed Print Services, Transactional Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Corporate Card, Vehicle Program, In-Country Services) in the Region, collaborating with the LATAM Business Office to ensure timely and accurate reporting of Product Metrics

•Partner with the GS&T Business Office Performance Reporting Lead on Regional reporting for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and various ad-hoc reporting requests from senior GS&T and CSS leadership.

Key Strategic Initiatives:

•Lead various key GS&T strategic initiatives in LATAM as needed to ensure regional alignment with Global departmental goals, partnering with the GS&T Business Office Re-Engineering Lead as needed

•Fluency in Spanish and English required

•Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management, inclusive of the SLT, in the organization and across various divisions

•Ability to persuade and influence others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

•Ability to work in a dynamically fast-paced environment

•Strong and creative problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reports/data to ensure accuracy

•Advanced MS office computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access a plus

•Proficiency in SharePoint and Citi Collaborate

•Self-motivated with ability to make decision in the absence of detailed instructions

•Ability to work with large data set populations to create business reports and perform analysis

•High level of accuracy and attention to detail and being accurate with analysis

•Exceptional organizational skills and Project management skills

•Strong presentation, reporting analysis, and documentation skills

•Superior verbal and written communication skills

•Must be flexible and have a strong aptitude to manage multiple priorities and follow-up on initiatives

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of business management, finance, and project management experience
