· Previously exposed and/or familiar with Operations service delivery on shared service center environment

· Data analytics, process improvement and issue resolution action plan definition

· Attention to detail, multitasking skills, be able to work under pressure and volatile environment

· Ensuring that daily quality and control measures are followed.

· Customer Service/ service oriented skills

· Communicating professionally, effectively, timely and courteously

· Working closely with senior management on both team performance and other project related activities

· Team lead experience

· Coaching team members including, but not limited to, performance monitoring, areas of improvement and career development

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree

• 2-4 years of related experience with learning management systems (SumTotal experience preferred) and/or learning administration and operations

• Excellent communication skills, Client management and Customer Service orientation

• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Excellent English Skills required
