This position will be in the Financial Planning & Analysis organization from a Global Process Owner (GPO) perspective. It will support Finance’s efforts to transform the LATAM region developing and instituting the most efficient processes to provide insightful analysis of the highest quality to our CFOs and LFOs, business partners, shareholders, and regulators.

Required to support the Finance Transformation efforts through the implementation of GPO initiatives based on their priorities and objectives including, but not limited to, support in business process changes, development of success criteria, best practices, metrics/benchmarks, and Risk & Control initiatives to include monitoring and managing adherence to SLAs, KPIs and targets.

Understand current process and related inputs and dependencies

a- Templates used and required support to the business

b- Teams involved and what role each team plays

d- Controls around the processes to mitigate operational risks

Understand GPO initiatives and priorities

a- Outlook / Plan process simplification

Qualifications

  • Language: English & Spanish

  • Consultant experience desirable

  • Medium - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Applies project management skills

  • Be attention to detail oriented and proactive

  • Ability to work within a team and be an individual contributor

  • Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity

  • Ability to question status quo, and identify opportunities to reengineer/streamline processes
