Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the team in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and provide regular feedback.

  • Work with team members in their individual development plans as well as supervise new employee onboarding. Identify opportunities and provide a career development plan.

  • Manage and maintenance of necessary reports to carry out the functions of Billing Area. Prepares periodic reports for management, as needed or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

  • Communicate regularly with other supervisors, direct manager, and other designated contacts within the Charge Outs department.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. MBA is a plus

  2. Over 5 years of proven financial experience on accounts payable, billing, and accounting (shared services environment as a plus).

  3. Over 5 years of proven supervision experience (6 people or more).

  4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Access, MS Excel, Power Point).

  5. English written/spoken advanced
