Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Process on time the request received on monthly basics.

  • Analyzed and validate that accounts being used in each of the entries to be posted

  • Strong excel/access programming skills ( visual basic, sql, macros) is a plus

  • Good customer support on daily basis

  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that contribute to overcome disagreement over ideas, conflict and promote prompt conflict resolution.

  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of Billing Area. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

  • Communicate regularly with other supervisors, direct manager, and peers within the Charge Outs department to contribute with the team integration.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. MBA is a plus

  • 5 years of proven financial experience on accounts payable/receivable and reengineering, intercompany process, accounting (Shared Services environment is a plus) and/or programming (visual basic, sql, macros)

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Access, MS Excel, Power Point)

  • English written/spoken advanced

  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
