Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) reports in to the Enterprise Infrastructure group which in turn is part of the Citigroup Enterprise O&T division. ESC aims to deliver world-class end to end supply chain operations to Citigroup through Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management, Supplier Risk Management and Supply Chain Operations including purchase processing and payables.

The ESC Business Office Employee Programs reports to the ESC Stakeholder and Engagement Manager, this position is responsible for managing culture and employee engagement programming across the ESC organization, inclusive of communication and feedback channels.

The candidate must understand Citi Enterprise Supply Chain end to end organization, including organization and structure, management programs, efficiencies, and other projects as identified by management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage employee engagement programming inclusive of culture and ethics, and recognition programming

  • Create program guidelines and administer end-to-end planning and execution

  • Partner with the Business Office Leads on programs on driving a high performance culture

  • Lead the employee engagement activities and liaise with business and site champions to manage action plans against VOE initiatives

  • Liaise closely with key internal and external stakeholders including Sourcing, Purchase to Payment Operations, Supply Chain Systems, Analytics and Risk.

  • Generate communication materials that support culture and mission and manage distribution

  • Develop and execute communication planning to support program efforts

  • Provide general support to the Business Office Head for ad hoc work efforts, presentations, analysis and planning

  • 5 plus years of professional, diverse experience across the finance industry, functions, and businesses
