CSIS Analyst IV


Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients by providing best-in-class investigative products and services to clients across the company. We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citi's businesses and regions, partnering with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments and others to protect our employees, businesses, clients and information.


  • Be the Global technology representative to the region for implementation of CSIS applications;

  • Be the Regional technology representative to the global team/CTO Council for submission, evaluation and respondent to the region for regional projects submitted;

  • Provide regional integration support utilizing regional language skills, affected time zones for efficient end user interface and support;

  • Provide oversight and governance for the CTO into the region to ensure consistent delivery of technologies and policies;

  • If utilized appropriately, Technology Management would have a support function available 24 hours a day for end users.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master's degree is preferred

  • 4-6 years of IT experience, at least 5 + years of IT management capacity

  • Proven and demonstrable experience in building investigation applications preferred

  • Proficient English

  • Portuguese is a plus

  • Agile and PMP certified (preferred)

  • Excellent technical and communication skill required at the business end

  • Proven and demonstrable experience working with technical teams and other cross-functional teams

  • Broad knowledge of the interactions of Business and Technology organization; ability to manage expectations and maintain key relationships with internal and external clients; strategic and critical thinking skills

  • Influence and negotiate with business users
