Mondelez International is looking for: Recruitment Administrator

Description

Responsible for all the logistics that involves the recruitment process, having constant communication with the recruiter, hiring managers, candidates and other services providers in order to have all the requisitions completed when expect it.

Responsibilities

  • Creates requisitions in Taleo using job description provided.

  • Notifies Hiring Manager once new requisition is created.

  • Coordinates and consolidates pre-interview assessments with candidates meeting minimum qualifications and provides pass/fail results to Recruiting Specialist.

  • Schedules logistics for onsite interviews with JD, interview guides, resumes, debrief, schedule, coordination, travel.

  • Triggers background and medical checks, if applicable.

  • Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions.

  • Completes manual offline job advertising postings (non-Taleo enabled).

  • Supports University Recruiting administration such as career fair logistics, school job postings and University Recruiting Team activities.

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or related preferred

  • Spanish and English (Advanced or Bilingual Level). Portuguese is required.

  • High School degree is required.

Working Knowledge

  • Experience in coordination and logistics using a process supporting system (Applicant Tracking System, Case Management Tool, etc)

  • Experience in administrative/coordination or HR administration or customer service experience
