Mondelez International is looking for: Jr Category Analyst G&C CARICAM
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of brand actions such as: Media plans, POS activations, PR plan, Promotions and budget control. The position will have a strong role in controlling A&C process (opening of POs, WBS, invoices and accrurals). Also will be responsable of follow up and evaluation of the digital plans of each brand. Will support the launch of NPDs through sampling activities, internal and external BTL and tracking of NPD targets. Will be responsable of artwork design and approval along with creative agencies.
Support coordination and execution of brands activation plan across geographys and brands (development of artwork, code openings, sampling importation and creation of toolkits for sales teams)
Responsible for A&C budget management (PO, WBS, accruals, invoices, reports, drivers of variances)
Responsible for brand performance diagnosis and recommendation of action plans (monthly closures of net revenue, A&C)
Support and monitoring of ATL and Digital media KPIs (weekly status meetings, tracking of targets, approval of digital posting)
Support and development of innovation projects and launch plans (internal launch, BTLs, samplings, tracking of performance)
Support in artwork update and design (tracking of PLS, adaptation of key visuals, basic materials production)
The Success Candidate Will be:
English language (90%)
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications
General Marketing Experience
Follow of Brand Plans & Communication Campaigns
Consumer Promotions Execution
Managing Creative and Media Agencies
Project & cross functional teams Management.
Be able to clear communicate and navigate in different levels of the organization
Strong consumer and business orientation
Be able to lead and delivery in a stand-alone mode
Flexibility to operate in a constant changing business environment
