We’re seeking a Junior Product Analyst - PPS , based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will contribute to the effectiveness of the Digital Organization by combining your expertise on data analysis and systems with a comprehensive understanding of how those integrate within the broader goals of the business unit and company.

  • You will be responsible to assist our Sr. Business Analyst on gathering the necessary data, tracking and following up on issues and implementing action plans to drive growth and adoption initiatives

  • This role will require strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external parties

  • You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Report and Follow up issues with Tier II and Tier III

  • Obtain pricing tables from different sources

  • Update and send reports to external providers

  • Update and send dashboards/ Business Intelligence reports to Internal and external parties

  • Prepare and retain necessary weekly and monthly complex reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends collected from multiple data sources

  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions, enhancements to services offered

  • Work with program subject matter experts, customers and clients to discover, define, access and document business needs and requirements

  • Utilize internal and external data to lead resolution of key service and operational issues

  • Perform all other reasonable duties as requested by management or management delegate

What you will need to succeed:

  • 1 -3 years of professional work experience

  • Experience in working in large, global and complex environments (Fortune 500 desirable)

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, influencing, prioritization and strategic thinking skills

  • Customer oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to interact, communicate and work effectively, orally and in writing, in getting things accomplished in a cross-functional team with all levels of management

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, basic knowledge of SQL, Business Objects, etc

  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a broader product leadership team
