We’re seeking an Analyst, Reporting and analysis , based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying newly developing trends in AML Operations.

You will have to decide if spike or decline isexpected or should be escalated
You will be responsible to run monthly/weekly reportsincluding recommendations for upper management to make decisions
Following established guidelines for the organizationand ensuring reports are accurate and complete
Your responsibilities might increase depending onbusiness needs and additional functions might be added to the role
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Science /Math/Finance (or equivalent in experience)
Preference for Raw data
Passion for continuous learning
Understanding of financial services &products, industry dynamics & trends
Significant experience in analysis and reporting
At minimum intermediate MS Excel skills
Analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrate confidence in making instinctual andlogical decisions with little or no supervision
Fluent in English - both written and verbal skills
Know how to write SQL queries - preferably
What will make you stand out:
Third language is a plus
Four year Bachelor’s degree - preferred
Experience with Tableau and Alteryx applications - preferred
