We’re seeking an Analyst, Reporting and analysis , based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying newly developing trends in AML Operations.

  • You will have to decide if spike or decline isexpected or should be escalated

  • You will be responsible to run monthly/weekly reportsincluding recommendations for upper management to make decisions

  • Following established guidelines for the organizationand ensuring reports are accurate and complete

  • Your responsibilities might increase depending onbusiness needs and additional functions might be added to the role

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Science /Math/Finance (or equivalent in experience)

  • Preference for Raw data

  • Passion for continuous learning

  • Understanding of financial services &products, industry dynamics & trends

  • Significant experience in analysis and reporting

  • At minimum intermediate MS Excel skills

  • Analytical and organizational skills

  • Demonstrate confidence in making instinctual andlogical decisions with little or no supervision

  • Fluent in English - both written and verbal skills

  • Know how to write SQL queries - preferably

What will make you stand out:

  • Third language is a plus

  • Four year Bachelor’s degree - preferred

  • Experience with Tableau and Alteryx applications - preferred
