Job Title



Support Consumer and Product Marketing team on implementing Marketing, Sponsorships and product programs, focused on supporting the Mastercard Panama business growth, aligned to the Marketing Plan to build relevance and preference among specific targets.

Ensure Consumer and product MKT objectives are met in 2017

Support Consumer activities to achieve usage and preference

Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities


Follow up internal administrative processes following Marketing Desktop Procedures (spotlight; ticketing etc.) & compliance procedures (ARIBA Contracts, invoices, PO).

Ensure 100% compliance and approval of marketing materials in Percolate according to Desktop Procedures

Project Invasion (Sales Force incentive plan for MC Issuers)

oCoordinate Mastercard´s training with the Bank and spokesperson.

oFollow up on incentive plan results and coordinate prize delivery and priceless experiences for sales force.

oCoordinate call center€™s branding execution: agency briefing, materials production and placement.

Follow up on Priceless Specials platform:

oFollow up on BTL agency on merchant negotiations.

oBrief creative agency for artwork proposals.

oCommunicate promotions to issuers and review issuer artwork.

oFollow up on merchants to guarantee proper promotion implementation.

oDevelop post-promo KPI reports.

Support internal budget manager by ensuring the correct forecasting, execution and follow up with the responsible areas.

Current enrollment in a related BS or Master€™s degree: Engineering (preferred) or Marketing degree, Digital specialty/diploma as a plus
