IBM TSAM Specialist in HEREDIA, Costa Rica
IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in one or more storage system technology areas. Examples include: disk, tape, optical, SAN, NAS, or storage software related to these technologies. Typical examples of the deliverables are building proof-of-concept solutions with storage system technology and architecting storage solutions to address client requirements. IT Specialists in this job role work with products or solutions based on any vendor hardware and/or any vendor operating system software. IT Specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.Skills:Environment:Professional knowledge related to incumbent's department or function.Communication/Negotiation:Engaged as an independent professional. • Knowledge of IBM Service Management (ISM) v7 technology• Knowledge of IBM SmartCloud Control Desk (SCCD) technology• Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Service Automation Management (TSAM) technology• Experience in ISM Maximo / SCCD• Experience in TSAM• Experience in DB2• Experience in WebSphere Application Server• Knowledge in UNIX/LINUX administration/usage• Knowledge of ITIL processes with focus on Incident, Problem, Change management
