Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate hardware including HW / SW integration, HW debug, HW performance, statistical analysis.
Debug software online and offline.
Develop Theory of Test and Training Documentation
Perform software qualification for production use
Support production and final system integration test to meet shipment schedule.
Write production test procedures and train production personnel on test processes.
Drive improvement efforts to achieve quality goals.
Ability to travel occasionally to US.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
Experiences and Skills
Use of ATE equipment.
System level knowledge of ATE.
Knowledge of both analog and digital circuits to implement and debug precision measurement methods, including both functional and performance properties of electrical circuits.
Statistics and statistical process control.
Strong analytic skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work as member of a process improvement team.
Great attention to details.
Ability to perform multi-tasks.
Willingness to adjust working hours to meet deadlines.
English communication skills is a must.
Knowledgeable in Windows based application (Visual Basic) and C++ programming is an advantage.
Education Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
