Auxis Sales Development Representative in Heredia, Costa Rica
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for turning accepted leads into pipeline opportunities.
Execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Including email and voice campaigns.
Coach and manage Lead Development Reps in their daily jobs.
Customizes outreach programs to set appointments for outside sales and service line leaders.
Perform initial qualification of Market Qualified leads into Accepted leads and convert these into meetings.
Turns accepted leads into pipeline opportunities.
Research target accounts and develop ideas for generating interest in Auxis.
Prioritize leads and appointments
Coordinates sales process, as needed, to convert from opportunities to purchases
Perform CRM maintenance as required
Nurture and qualify inbound leads from the website

Proven success and experience in outbound telemarketing to USA based prospects. Ideally for companies focused on business or IT services.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Auxis services and solutions. Must be able to engage in a professional manner with executive levels professionals.
A motivated self-starter requiring minimal supervision to exceed activity
Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Experience working and tracking sales activity within a CRM tool
5-year minimum related experience
Great customer service acumen
Strong sense of urgency
