VMware Process/ Change Management, Sr. Manager - Renewals Sales Operations in Heredia, Costa Rica

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving system and tool enhancements to support global business processes

  • Leads development and maintenance of dashboards and automated reporting that supports the global sales and sales ops teams.

  • Drives project roadmap for the Renewals organization

  • Drives processes improvement with respect to data and systems and creates downstream communication and training plans to enforce adoption.

  • Owns Renewals project management and execution. Partners with cross functional teams to achieve project expected outcomes

  • Responsible for change management activities and communications to business partners (sales, operations, finance etc…..)

  • Collaborate with business partners to collect system enhancement request and prioritization process

  • Ability to assess process gaps, impact to business and propose solutions to close gaps.

  • Quantify and communicate business challenges to enable planning and execution of transformation projects in partnership with IT architects

  • Drive Renewals process standardization to enable scalability

  • Capturing and translating process changes in clear concise messaging, training material and communication plans

  • Renewals process design, definitions and documentation

  • Owns renewals business policies and review process to collect inputs from stakeholders and communication and posting of official policy documents

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of business process management, project management or change management experience in sales and sales operations

  • Knowledge of systems and data architecture (ERP and CRM)

  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile IT delivery methods

  • Excellent process analysis skills - time management, organizational and planning skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management, Project Management and Process Improvement principles

  • Ability to summarize and simplify complex processes and systems

  • Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills

  • Ability to form and maintain cross- functional relationships

  • Leadership, teamwork and influencing skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of process transformation success on enterprise or organizational initiatives in high tech

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Six Sigma (DMAIC) certification a plus

  • PMP certification a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or Engineering Systems, MBA preferred
