IBM Payroll Administrator in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

El Administrador de servicios de Recursos Humanos es responsable de la administración de los procesos de un país o que implica a varios países para uno o varios procesos de Recursos Humanos asignados.

  • Quality - Detail oriented in order to identify any possible errors that affect the employee’s payment.

  • Interpersonal skills – able to collaborate with people and work effectively in a team.

  • Analytical – understand the purpose of the process.

  • Problem Solving – Identify, understand and resolve different job related problems, responds appropriately (as agreed) to questions, requests and complaints from customers and keeps them informed about progress, provides back up for related functions in Payroll processes

  • Keeps people informed and up to date about the work progress and shares all relevant information timely and precisely

  • Innovation: Seeks and exchanges information, ideas and concepts, Identifies trends and develops recommendations for improvement by sharing this data with his Team Leader/ Operations Manager

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
