Auxis Lead Development Representative in Heredia, Costa Rica
The Lead Development Representative is responsible uncovering interest and potential opportunities for Auxis solutions.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Including email and voice campaigns.
Research target accounts and develop customized ideas for generating interest in Auxis.
Perform CRM maintenance as required

Proven success and experience in outbound telemarketing to USA based prospects. Ideally for companies focused on business or IT services.
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
A motivated self-starter requiring minimal supervision to exceed activity
Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Experience working and tracking sales activity within a CRM tool
