VMware Lead Business Analyst, Worldwide Partner Programs in Heredia, Costa Rica
The Lead Business Analyst should have a strong quantitative orientation, broad knowledge of analytics methods, and hands-on experience with data analysis and interpretation. This individual will be part of a team responsible for defining and directing projects that measure global channel partner performance. This candidate should have good skills with structured data and analytical tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, SAP and Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. This position is based in VMware’s office in Heredia, Costa Rica.
Plan and execute scheduled data analysis to support quarterly and monthly reviews
Support partner programs and strategic projects with foundational reporting and analysis
Define requirements for and then build self-service reports and dashboards in Tableau
Prioritize, define, and execute ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support internal stakeholders
Identify new opportunities to measure and track channel partner performance
Collaborate with and manage expectations of stakeholders across multiple functions
Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and through documentation
Prior experience with executing data-driven projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat “can do” attitude
Polished, professional demeanor and exceptional poise under pressure
BA/BS degree required
