Infrastructure Sr Tech Analyst
The CTI Command Center Training Lead will work with a team of individuals to develop and standardize operational processes across a spectrum of disciplines within the Command Center. This role will encompass driving the direction of the technical cross training programs for Command Center Operations, as well as managing monthly programs and relationships with external vendors.
Functional Role & Responsibilities:
•Facilitate meetings with critical personnel to analyze operating procedures in order to increase efficiencies and standardize material for training curriculum.
•Serve as the initial consultation point for Command Center Services training decisions.
•Design and coordinate site orientation programs globally for all new to site individuals.
•Develop and standardize global processes pertaining to technical cross training programs implemented within Command Center Operations for all Level 1 and Service Monitoring roles.
•Work closely with Command Center Management to ensure all developed training is consistent with Command Center standards for execution.
•Effectively communicate training opportunities and expectations to staff within the Global Command Center.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive skills mapping portal for management
•Possess a firm understanding of cross-departmental job requirements for creation of uniform training within each technology.
•Develop global, holistic understanding of work environment policies through the development of ethics programs.
•Articulate technical and site information in a tour format to large audience with various levels of technical knowledge base, including a business management audience that may lack a deep technical understanding of internetworking technology solutions.
•Manage third party vendors used for training including budget, registration and logistics of technical and soft skill courses, where required
•Manage training and automation projects to ensure completion within time, cost, and scope.
•Develop and present executive level reports on training initiatives for SML1.

Experience & Educational preferences:
•General education requirement (high school / secondary school or equivalency), associates or 4yr/bachelor’s degree are highly preferred.
•Experience in project management and training curriculum development preferred.
