VMware IB Services Business Analyst III in Heredia, Costa Rica

This position will include the following responsibilities:

  • Management of renewal case requests in CRM

  • Efficient preparation and processing of renewal Quotations in collaboration with account manager, with specific focus on:

  • Tracking and maintenance of Renewal Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) in support of quote creation and delivery

  • Identification of Entitlement Account number(s) for inclusion in the renewal element of an ELA

  • Reconciliation of completed Installed Base (IB) report to Customer Records

  • Liaison with various internal teams to ensure efficient processing and approval of quote

  • Analysis & identification of potential Installed Base mismatches

  • External-facing support for the Account Managers on customer calls regarding Installed Base

  • Participation on Corporate and local projects as necessary

  • Deal Operations query management

  • Delivery of quote volumes within the established time and quality, as defined in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Escalation and remediation of data challenges with data integrity teams that impact the quoting process.

  • Inquiry and ticket management resolution based on sales operations, sales or channel service requests

  • Manage special escalation requests which need additional expertise, time and attention.

  • Serves as liaison between quoting and sales
