Description

Position Purpose:

Responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data, working within guidelines established by the organization. Provide credit write-ups and proposals for credit decisions. Develops and maintains relationships with internal & external customers

Main Accountabilities

75% Analyze customer financial condition and review customer credit line. Minimize bad debt risk, maximize accounts receivable collections . Analyze customer financial statements and prepare credit proposals. Maintain credit lines renewals and credit limits updated. Follow up established guidelines & company policies.

25% Provide financial order management support to Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing personnel to control credit exposure, effect timely payment, and minimize risk of customer disputes. Provide customer service and develops relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers. Maintain accurate credit files and collection files. Maintain electronic collect notes for each customer account. Participate in continues improvement projects and take an active role in cross-trainings to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration, Or equivalent working experience

Understanding of accounting principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements.

Effective business writing and professional communication skills.

2-3 years' experience in credit analysis, utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills.

Demonstrated Effective Customer Service Skills

Proficiency in English B2

Qualifications

Required:

  • Accounts Receivable experience

  • SAP Experience

  • JDE Experienced
