Experian Client Services Associate II in Heredia, Costa Rica
The Client Support Associate provides direct customer service support to clients primarily by telephone in five major categories:
Reporting, including follow-through to resolution
The Client Support Associate will be an expert in resolving problems in one of the above areas and be proficient in all others. The selected candidate will also be responsible for contributing information to client databases, including Siebel and Customer Master and will participate in additional department/ client-related projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience combined with a technical school certification.
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and contribute to team achievements.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload in an efficient manner.
Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Schedule availability: Monday-Friday 9 to 6 p.m. and 10 to 7 p.m.
