Contract Coordinator, Business Analyst – Team Leader - Supporting the US Field

This position will support the US GSO region headquartered service accounts and regional managers by Quoting service agreements, booking orders, and entering agreement transmittals.

In addition this position will lead a small team of Business Analysts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect & analyze historical parts usage data to assist in developing customer pricing for service agreement quotes. Data must be synthesized and presented in a logical way to allow for accurate decision making in developing customer quotes.

  • Maintain a database of active service agreements with end dates, identifying when it is time to send customers quotes for renewals.

  • Maintain a database of service revenue recognized against service agreements.

  • Assist the regional service managers in developing service agreement revenue forecasts and assisting with updates to that forecast through the year.

  • Develop customer service agreement quotes; send to service managers or in some cases directly to the customer. Must follow all finance rules when quoting and booking orders.

  • Provide customers PO receipt acknowledgement, and book the customer orders.

  • Create a service agreement transmittal, activating the agreement and setting the proper agreement entitlements, and activating the correct installed base of testers covered by that agreement.

  • Generates invoices and send to customers.

  • Book and invoice customer transactional service labor orders (on-site reports)

  • Work directly, very closely with regional US service managers & sales engineers for all agreements, advise when agreements are ready for renewal, track process against receiving a PO.

  • Make any necessary changes to agreement transmittals as changes are made to the installed base or service coverage changes.

  • Track any installed base changes, by running installed base reports and talking directly with customers, service managers and sales engineers.

  • Track all parts orders against open PO’s or block of boards agreements and generate the correct invoices based on actual customer orders placed.

  • Ensure that all service agreement revenue expected each quarter is received. Confirm that all invoices have properly been sent to customers, in compliance with SOX and Teradyne finance requirements.

  • Lead/Supervise a local team of business analysts.

  • Provide guidance in daily work and verification of performance accuracy.

  • Work with the team on goal setting, training, MAP, performance reviews, salary reviews.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

The ideal candidate for this role will have

  • Experience in data analysis roles.

  • Strong English verbal and written skills.

  • While limited, should have the ability to travel for training and occasional customer meetings.

  • Ability to create effective presentations and review them with field managers.

  • Technical skills - MS Office proficient. (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Familiarity with database queries, CRM, accounting systems.

  • 5 years minimum experience in the role or similar described above.

  • Must have experience as a supervisor of team members.
